About Me

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker from the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, where I was born and raised. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, specializing in practice with Latino individuals, families, groups, and communities. I have experience working with veterans, children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and grief. I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, SFBT, ACT, ERP, and Family-Focused Therapy, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I am committed to providing culturally responsive and collaborative care through a holistic approach that considers relationships, culture, environment, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to work toward meaningful and lasting change.
